Feeling a little demented after the Super Bowl?  Are you, or someone you know, scaring yourself with how forgetful you feel?  Maybe you’re just feeling old.  Well, there are a lot of scary diagnoses out there that medicine can’t address, but there are also symptoms that aren’t as bad as you fear.

Jacqui Bishop, member of Make a Difference (“MAD”), and Executive Director of Sharp Again Naturally is going to be telling everyone at the next Gotham MAD meeting how to stay sharp, and how we may be able to get it back if we think we are losing it.
