The LI Real Estate Chapter is proud to welcome its new member,
Steve Horn, President of SC Horn Associates, Inc.


SC Horn Associates is a leading real estate appraisal firm covering Long
Island, the 5 Boroughs, and Westchester county. Their clients have relied
upon them to help make informed real estate decisions.  They have appraised
50,000+ properties over the past 29 years including single family,
multi-family, cooperative apartments, condominium apartments, land, mixed
use, retail, warehouse, and apartment buildings.

Their appraisals have been used for mortgage financing, tax planning,
matrimonial, ad valorem (certiorari) tax reviews, zoning, condemnation
proceedings, bridge financing, estate evaluations, and employee relocation
purposes.


In addition, Steven provides interim financing (bridge) which is
usually a short-term
loan that is used until a company can secure permanent financing.

This type of financing allows the user to meet current obligations or needs
by providing immediate cash flow. Funding typically is within 2 weeks and
they are usually for a short-term period (up to one year) with relatively
high interest rates and are secured by real estate.  Generally our loans
are between $50,000 and $2,000,000, and can be either a first or a second
mortgage.


Steven Horn is also a member to the Towers group for the past 4 years.

career.
