*FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST*


Financial Systems Analyst to work closely with the CFO to leverage the
organizations ERP system (MS Dynamics GP) to create greater efficiencies,
controls reporting acumen and business intelligence.



The ideal candidate will proactively pursue opportunities to improve
current reporting and researching and developing new approaches in
measuring the organizations performance.  They will utilize their  experience
and ERP-centric disciplines to ensure that system set-ups and mappings are
the most proficient, efficient and are properly aligned with the
organization’s needs.  They will be charged with collaborating across
multiple business lines and managerial levels to understand and identify
opportunities that will enhance efficiencies and reporting.

*Required: * minimum of 5 years of finance-related responsibilities and
requires strong analytical skills /  in-depth understanding and hands on
experience with major ERP packages (MS Dynamics GP a major plus).
Self-driven, able to manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines with
little supervision are ideal qualities for this role.  Proficiency in SQL
reporting systems and CRM is a plus.  Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and strong analytical and business process mapping skills are also a
must.
