We are seeking a part- time administrative position for the Theresa Academy of Performing Arts (TAPA).

We are looking for candidates that have experience working with students with special needs.

The candidate needs to be highly organized. Teaching experience in the Arts would be a plus.



The schedule would be  Tuesday- Wednesday - Thursday from 3:30 - 7:15 pm at TAPA in Lido Beach, New York



The position would include:



1.       Coordinating the classes  (teachers and students) and registration for our after school program (three semesters per year)



2.       Coordinating the Saturday respite program - teachers and students (attendance on the weekends not required)



3.       Coordinating the Sunday workshops  (as and when held) - teachers and students (attendance on the weekends not required)



4.       Handle the mail and coordination with staff of Vincent J. Russo & Associates as to processing of work



5.       Assistance with grants requests for funding of the TAPA programs



6.       Optional - three hours for administrative work on Mondays - for TAPA and the Theresa Foundation
