I couldn't agree with Susan more on her post. Gotham is chalk full of so many wonderful people who are more than willing to help with all types of things- big and small, it is an honor to be a part of this organization. And as far as Augie he is indeed a prime example of this and a great guy to know!!

Gotham -

People who are new to Gotham may think that the best thing about our network is the ability to grow their business.  They are wrong.  The best thing is access to people who help you through really challenging issues (that frequently have nothing to do with business) on a moment’s notice.

A friend of mine is in crisis and we called Augie (who offered to help in response to another Fredslist posting).  He was generous with his time and insight and very helpful.  At the end my friend felt better prepared to address the challenges she is facing, which was really the best we could have hoped for.
