Hello along the Network,
 
   Friends from LA suggested I explore rehab pilates as a  possible 
intervention for a hip issue involving some torn cartilage and  other things that 
sound like normal use & aging. I'm  exploring the array of possible remedies 
to find the right one.   

I've googled this phrase, but only pilates comes up;  this phrase also has 
not been in the lexicon of any websites  or studios I've spoken to.  Also 
noticed many sites are  out of date; and no one I've reached seems to provide 
a service  for this issue.  
 
  Rather than continue cold calling all over nyc, I thought it  worthwhile 
to consult Gotham!  Any ideas to address this  (by any name) greatly 
appreciated.
