Hi

I have a client who is a victim of ID Theft, Cyberstalking, and
Cyberspoofing. It is a very active issue. The only reason why it hasn't
been shut down by now is that we need to catch the culprit in the act.

The problem has brought this once thriving and very successful person's life
and business to a streeching halt and now she is near bankruptcy. It's a
very long story. The bottom line is that we need forensic

investigation that can lead back to an outside device controlling the
system. But it will cost $$$$ that aren't available. We also have a problem
identifying the right juridiction to present what ever evidence we have

To obtain law enforcement support for cyber forensics. So right now the
client is the one that looks guilty until we can prove otherwise and there
is no funds to provide it. It's gotten to the point where this person may
have

To change her name and her social security number and start from stratch
which would destroy her brand. The idea is also worse than "court as a last
resort" because it would further shut down her life than it already has.

While this would become newsworthy later, she is too little for most to want
to invest time and resources for a promise. Hence the catch 22.

Is there anyone out there that you know who might take this on with a
promise of value down the line that would be appreciated and desired?

Warmest Regards

Ester Horowitz
