This is an ongoing part-time position
Job title: Asst. Manager, Document and Contact Management systems
Hours: 12-15 hours per week, Weds. & Fri. preferred. Hours may range between 9:30-8:00p
After 90 days, if flexibility is needed, may work after hours, 5p-10p on other days.
Location: Riverside West at 160th St. Take 1 Train to 157 St. or A/C to 168 St. 30 Min. from Times Sq.
Pay Rate: $15/hr. to start. Increases as individual demonstrates proficiency and takes on more tasks.

Growing litigation support firm needs smart, efficient manager to Clean Up and Manage contact management systems and document management archives. This is a small office. Employees are focused and create cooperative, positive environment. Will work in conjunction with other part-time Admin. Asst. and researchers.
1. Experienced admin person, college grad or graduate student preferred who is skilled with Outlook 2013. Comfortable with cloud based document management systems.
2. Attention to detail and good proof reading is essential. Must have experience in office administrative tasks, preferably with contact management systems and file management.
File & Database Manager Tasks
1. Input and Quality Check Contact and Category information of firm's contact system using MS OUTLOOK, combining duplicate records, updating categories
2. Integrate, Update and Clean-up with CMS system such as Constant Contact and Robly (very similar to Constant Contact)
3. Clean-up and Archive client and company files using firm's established guidelines
Business Development & Contact Management:
1. Create email correspondence to firm's client and business community using firm's contact management system
2. Track correspondence/business development in excel spreadsheet
3. Update case status & timelines using firm's management system and submit summary to principal.
4. Organize hard copy files for archiving.
5. Internet research to build contacts for business development. This includes LinkedIn and other social media.
6. Additional Administrative Tasks as needed that may include bank deposit
