[Fredslist] FW: Health Insurance Question

Hi,

 

My client was terminated from her health insurance by 1199 SEIU without any notice because she is on disability status. Can they do that? What remedies or alternatives does she have?  Does anyone have any contacts with 1199 SEIU? Thanks.
