[Fredslist] NYS Teacher's Pension

[Gary Sastow]

A client who is a retired NYS teacher has asked me whether by moving out of
New York State he will in any way jeopardize the teacher's pension he
receives.  Does anyone know the answer?  Let me know, Gary.
