[Fredslist] Sittercity vs. Nannies4hire.com

Hi!  I am wondering if anyone who has recently found a live-in nanny has had better luck with Sittercity.com or Nannies4hire.com?  I've always used the latter but feedback has been different every time I've looked.

My nanny has to return to Poland in June so we are looking again for a nanny in Westchester to care for my two boys (10 and 6) and am open to a 5 or 7 day live in situation.  Several years ago I found a young woman from the mid-west through Gotham who wanted to live in NY, attend college here and get nanny experience while in school.  This scenario would be great for us.  I need someone interested in caring for the kids and running the household.  I welcome all feedback, suggestions and personal referrals.  No agencies please.
