Dear Gotham Suffolk and Gotham Tribe,

It is my pleasure to announce our newest member, Peter DeVilbiss of Freedom Boat Club.  Beginning today, Pete is now a full member of the Gotham community and I ask that you join me in welcoming him to our Tribe.
