[Fredslist] It's MADdening - the Law has Changed - Find out How!

On Monday, March 31 at 12:30 pm (at the Friar's Club) Gotham's Make a
Difference ("MAD") Group will be having its next meeting and we are doing a
very important spotlight.

If you are involved in a not-for-profit, or know people who are, not only
are MAD's meetings generally informative and fun ­ but during our next
meeting we will be providing a brief spotlight on the recent changes to New
York's Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.  These are changes that need to be
understood by all New York Not-for-Profits (their board members and senior
executives) so they can assess if changes are needed to their governing
documents or financial practices.  SoŠ. Please join us and learn.  Better
still, join us and bring a friend working with non-profits and you can both
learn!

Not only are out members joining the meeting, but we have circuit riders and
guests already signed up.  The only people we are missing are you and your
