[Fredslist] Email Advertising Rate Query

I just received an inquiry from a major educational institution to advertise with a non-profit I am involved in.
They request was to advertise in email feeds.
We never offered advertising before.  We have offered opportunities to sponsor events and gave prime spots on our website nav bar to institutional supporters.
Would appreciate some advice on what fee to charge.
