Do we have any one in the tribe that can help me with questions regarding this area?  My sister is looking to buy an investment property (a condo) and she said everything appeared very nice and the proximity to the city was 20 minutes on the bus, making it an ideal rental feature!  We are from Queens and don't know much about it the area?
