[Fredslist] Question about Medicaid and assets in NYS

I have a client who will come to an inheritance in a near future.  Given
that she is a college student her only insurance option is Medicaid. 
I am looking for someone who can advise of related state laws, as to assets
allocation  while on Medicaid.
