Hello Tribe,

NYC Business Solutions is helping businesses in NYC access financing. We
provide free assistance with obtaining loans and credit for businesses. We
work with a network of over 40 lenders to ensure that we give clients as
many options as possible.

Any operating business or pre-start up located in the five boroughs can
access the program. We do not get paid by banks or the client. The City of
New York pays for us to provide this service as a way to help stimulate
economic growth. We can provide assistance with loans from $1 to $10
million. This includes lines of credit, term loans, and most other
financing. We are measured on the amount of loans we help close per
year--nothing more and nothing less.

Who can take advantage of this service?

1) Businesses that need a loan or line of credit.

2) Businesses that want assistance with financial projections or other
documents required for obtaining credit or loans.

3) Businesses looking to get multiple deals put in front of them. We help
find the most competitive rates.

4) Business bankers looking to receive referrals or who want to refer
clients they cannot assist with a place to go. We can also help business
bankers with pre-underwriting their deals or helping their clients with
packaging information (e.g. projections, business plan, etc.). If a banker
refers a client for help with their loan, we do not have to shop the loan
to other banks.

5) Small business consultants, accountants, and attorneys often send us
their clients and look like heroes.

6) Entrepreneurs looking to start a business or who recently started a
business and need financing, but cannot obtain funds from big banks.

7) Business owners looking to repair or establish their credit.

8) Businesses looking to refinance and/or consolidate debt to free up cash
flow.
