[Fredslist] Industrial home cleaner in Long Island

My parents are moving out of their home in Great Neck and will be putting their house on the market in several weeks.  We are in need of an industrial cleaning company to scrub the place.  Any recommendations are welcome.

Also, if anyone is interested in a 1920 tudor, in walking distance to the Great Neck station, please contact me.  Needs updating.
