[Fredslist] Need a contact in the NY school Construction Authority

Gotham,
My company has an opportunity to bid a very substantial piece of work for
the New York City School system.
I need any contact at the NY School Construction Authority, that is involved
with awarding contracts.
Any assistance you can lend in getting us to the right person will be
greatly appreciated. We need to get to them no later than next week.
