A global financial services firm is looking for a Legal Consultant. The Legal Consultant will be providing extra Client and general corporate expertise. The Legal Consultant will need at least 5 years of experience with a large law firm, have a strong understanding of transactional work within the financial services industry, and the ability to work autonomously and with flexible hours (not just 9-5). The Legal Consultant will need to be barred in NY state. There is no option of working remotely.
 
This is a temp role but very substantive.  It will be someone who is not currently working.
