Hi Gotham:    I need some of our famous Gotham magic!  My son's dearest friend, a single mom living in Arlington, VA with her 6-year old daughter, has been divorced for three years from her abusive husband (a military intelligence officer who on several occasions threatened her life with a drawn gun) and had a restraining order against him recently changed to a limited no contact order by Judge Esther Wiggins-Lyle.  Although divorced, her ex-husband, who has joint custody of their daughter,  has continued to stalk and abuse her,  while her attorney, a public defender, has dropped the ball on several occasions.  The favor:  She is looking for a very good family lawyer to help her gain sole custody so she can leave the area and/or help her get this judge (with a bias against mom's) to prevent the continued stalking and abuse by her ex-husband.  With limited resources, she would appreciate a pro-bono attorney.  Can you recommend anyone she may call for help?  This has become a top priority for me and my son so any help would be appreciated.
