We are looking for an individual with experience in accounting and tax to join our firm on a Per diem basis (4-5 days during tax season, 2-3 days May through December). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



§  Preparation of complex personal tax returns

§  Preparation of corporate and partnership returns

§  Preparation of amended returns

§  General ledger accounting, month-end closings

§  Maintain clear and concise accounting and tax work papers

§  Review tax information supplied by client; communicate with effectively with client

§  Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Lacerte Tax and Excel

§  Perform write-ups, prepare journal entries and back-up schedules

§  Preparation of quarterly Payroll and Sales Tax Returns
