[Fredslist] Constant Contact warning

Just a quick note to let everyone know that I was shocked this morning to
discover that ConstantContact does not back up customer's lead lists so that
if your data is lost, erased, or corrupted you CAN NOT get it restored.  I
am now looking into other email and lead management systems - after I lost
hours and hours worth of work due to their system error erasing much of my
data.
