[Fredslist] Question about a dead persons estate

[David Stein]

A friend lost his Aunt. He and his cousin are the beneficiaries and there is no
problem with them. The lawyer wants more money to close the estate. He is the
same lawyer that wrote the will.

Do they need to use a lawyer to wrap things up? Money is tight and liquidating
the property is not an option.
