Jr. Administrative Office Clerk
Employee Benefits & Risk Management Firm based in Garden City, Long Island seeking an Jr Administrative Office Clerk Assistant for stimulating and diversified office commencing immediately.  Short term position while firm prepares for move to Uniondale. Strong potential to continue.  $10-$12 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting with large scanning projects related to firm's upcoming relocation to RXR Plaza in Uniondale.
* Assist Purchasing Assistant with orders related to move
* Performing other administrative related duties, as assigned.
* Backup to reception desk

Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to rapidly learn, improve, and respond to feedback
* Attention to detail
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Intelligent self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask varying projects
* Willingness to ask for guidance on prioritizing assignments
* Proactive approach and "can-do" attitude
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel,

Schedule is flexible, however minimum 15 to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
(during business hours only, no weekends).
