[Fredslist] trademark application advice

Hi Gotham,

I am creating a membership website which will be an informational product
in nature.

I figure it is my due diligence to trademark the name and logo i've created.

At the government website I get confused on which application to submit,
and the correct fee.
I see $50, $275, $325, and don't know which applies to this assumed simple
endeavor?

Any advice or the link to the correct electronic application is much
appreciated?
