the year.

*Topic:*- *Ron Fatoullah*, one of the national leaders in Elder Law and a
long term group member will walk us through *Adult Guardianship and
Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act (the “UAGPPJA”) and much much more*.
He was instrumental in bringing the legislation to New York and has worked
hard for almost 4 years to make this the law in New York State.


 The New York Healthcare and Aging Resource Group is, a *totally non-compete
group* for Members, guests and circuit riders except for joint meetings.
