[Fredslist] Need Help Creating Webinar

I have a professional topic that I would like to present as a webinar, but I
have no experience with this format. Any recommendations for someone with
technical experience (format, set-up on my website, paypal etc.) and who can
provide stylistic assistance (create slides, recommend layout,  make
professional looking product) would be greatly appreciated.
