Here is the story as told by my friend's daughter...

*My broker actually got badly injured about 5 years ago and is suing a
large corporation.  She is pretty young and has to walk with a cane and is
always in a lot of pain but somehow never lets it break her spirit. She was
working with a PI lawyer on the case for the last 5 years who recently quit
and she needs to find someone new, someone she describes as a "shark". *
