The heart that is available at Gotham never ceases to amaze and touch me.

Here’s a Gotham story for the books.
 
My out of state client, moving to NYC, with limited time to look for and secure an apartment (yesterday and this morning) finds an apartment she loves.  In this faster-than-the-speed-of-light rental market, we have a very small window of opportunity to secure the apartment before several other people also putting in applications. While my client is prepared with most of her paperwork, the building requires an offer letter on letterhead and signed (instead of the email she received) from the job she will be starting shortly.  It’s about 5pm and we’re standing in the building management’s leasing office completing the application, compiling back-up and my client is frantically trying to get in touch with the woman who emailed her the job offer.  My client’s new job is at Bloomingdales, so I give Gotham LGBTQ member, Raul Argudin, Director of Human Resources at Bloomingdales, a call to see if he can help.  Of course he can!  He sends the offer letter himself!!
 
Raul, thank you so much for your help!  Because you took the time to help me (us), my client has secured the apartment she loves, and she and her parents believe I am magical.
