[Fredslist] Business Insurance and Office Space Assistance Needed

Dear Gothamites,
I have witnessed Gotham Magic.... so I am looking forward to see if my sister is able to experience some! 

Business Insurance:
My sister started a business Project Managing renovations and relocations both commercial and residential.  She recently applied for an LLC and is in need for business insurance which includes Workman's Comp and Errors & Omissions.  If someone could assist or make a referral... that would be much appreciated.

Temporary Office Space Needed:
Also,  my sister is extremely busy at this time and is looking for some temporary office space which would accommodate 3-4 working stations (midtown preferred).  Nothing big or elaborate ...just something temporary possibly on a monthly basis as she is just starting to grow her business.
