My landlord is moving and downsizing. 

Seeking Manhattan office space , full time. Preferably east side, midtown or upper east side. But open to perhaps Chelsea or Madison Park area if accessible to Lex subway. 

Do not want my own lease. Looking for suite or sublet. If sublet, prefer synergistic type business. Where clients who have kids/ teens would feel comfortable visiting for meetings. 

Need one private office room (small to average) with preferably a window or light. And two work spaces or cubby area for two desks. Need some storage area for file cabinets. Have own furniture. 

Do not need phones or cable. Only internet. 

Can move as early as January. Perhaps a bit later.
