[Fredslist] Home Care Agency for Mom

HI All,
My mom has long term care insurance from John Hancock and since she is a recovering Cancer patient has been awarded coverage.  She would like an Agency that will have people available with flexibility for her needs.  She doesn't need sleep in at this point, just  9-4.  Lives in apartment in Great Neck.
Any help or leads would be appreciated.
