[Fredslist] Rental on the Upper West Side

Hi Listmates,

My son and 2 of his long time friends are looking for an apartment on the Upper West Side (preferably) or in Forest Hills. The guys are either recent college grads or in grad school, therefore, the rent has to be on the low side. Gotham magic really needed for this one!  Any ideas or connections would be most welcome!
