Hi Richard,

This case is similar to the one from 2011. This time it's a girl 14  old. The girl is with her father in Bloomington in Chicago and he wont let her have any contact alone with her mother.
Earlier the parties lived in Georgia and they got divorced there as well. The parents have joint custody but the girl is supposed to live with her mother and the mother final decision in matters concerning non-emergency healthcare, education, religious upbringing and extracurricular activities. The father has been reported for battery and ripe but i´m not sure if he is convicted. He had a restraining order against the mother and the girl for some time. The girl moved to Sweden with the girl in may 2010 with the fathers approval.  The father later moved to Sweden and he stayed for one year. He´s application for permit residence where rejected and he  went back to USA. He didn't go back when he was supposed to so he is not allowed to go back to Sweden for some years. If he comes back he might be brought to court for suspicions of battery and some other crimes.

So now I need an attorney who is very good in international familylaw and hauge-cases.
