Small, high quality litigation firm in mid-Nassau County seeks Legal Secretary with substantial experience in litigation (PI a must) and real estate transactions to work from 1pm – 6 pm, M-F.  Responsibilities include document preparation, file management, scheduling and calendaring, answering telephones and interacting with clients.  Qualified candidate must be articulate, careful, detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, responsible and dependable, with excellent communication and computer (Word, PC Law and Outlook) skills.
