Thanks for offering to send this out to your networking group. As I
mentioned, I have been retained by a premier global provider of talent
management solutions to conduct a search on their behalf for two individuals
to join their Corporate Affairs Practice. The first position is a senior
associate role. Associates are a critical part of the search process,
supporting Partners in developing search strategies and identifying and
screening candidates. Their ability to efficiently and effectively identify
candidates, present opportunities, screen candidates and build positive
perceptions and relationships throughout the process is essential to client
satisfaction and firm profitability. Ideal candidates will have some
understanding of the functions of communications/media relations/public
relations, possibly coming out of a PR agency, the news/media,
politics/campaigns or a competitor (search firm) in a similar practice.

 

The second position is a Knowledge Manager.  The Knowledge Manger/Business
Analyst is a key role that supports the business development and operations
of the Global Corporate Affairs Practice An undergraduate degree required as
well as outstanding project management skills presentation skills (excel,
research,summary reports, power point).  The ideal candidate will have a
high bandwidth, ability to easily juggle, prioritize and deadline driven
with relentless focus on quality and genuinely interested in and energized
by business trends and stories; a dynamic thinker. Some understanding of the
functions of communications/media relations/public relations, possibly
coming out of a PR agency, the news/media, politics/campaigns would be a
plus.
