[Fredslist] Contact at NYC Dept of Buildings, Con Ed and KeySpan

Hi Gang
Im trying to file a Certificate of No Objection with the city for a closing Im doing and could use a contact in the building Dept. I also need to produce old Con Ed and KeySpan bills for the property. It is now vacant but was formerly occupied by my mother and the seller who is now my client but unavailable to produce her bills. Any help is greatly appreciated.
