[Fredslist] Follow up to "Post Sandy RE Industry services/products"; Urgent needs & list of vendor types sought

I shared with a client, a major Real Estate Commercial & Residential Owner/Developer, that through my network of contacts I can refer potential new vendors.  The most urgent need is for Painting Contractors for apartment units. They have 18K apartments with an average turn-over of 4K a year. Other urgent needs are Roofing, Flooring (Wood/Tile), Boilers & Electricians. Below is his list of vendor types they are seeking (will soon also hire a new Procurement Manager; if know anyone please ask them to email me their resume).

If any of you are interested in being referred, or wish to recommend a high capacity vendor, please email me all contact details with examples of past RE work.  A Capability Statement is the ideal document to make an introduction with; I will forward your info to my client. Any of you that already gave me your information, your emails were given to my client.  There is no need to send your information again.
