[Fredslist] Air Medical Transport Company

Hi everyone -

Does anyone have experience with an air medical transport company?  A dear friend's husband fell ill in Paris and is slowly coming along.  They would like to transport him back to the states as soon as possible.  She got a quote from Medjet for $64,000 and was hoping there were less expensive options.
