I have a meeting scheduled for this Thursday with the Chief Procurement Officer of a major RE client. Battered by Sandy many of their properties are still in recovery mode; some are still without power.  I told him to use me as a resource for his service/procurement needs thus we set up a meeting. The privately owned corp has a multi-billion dollar value, with millions of Commercial and Residential SQF. in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, NJ and some out of state.

If you offer services at a large capacity level to RE firms from Construction, Generators, Flooring, Janitorial, Waste services, etc....anything that a very large RE developer would 'shop for' to rebuild, then this could be an opportunity for you to break into this prestigious client.  Please email me ASAP a one to two page Capability Statement that details your services.  I will present these to my client on Thursday 9/22/12 at 2:00 pm.
