CT gas is coming from New Haven or Bridgeport. Since the Terminal has power the pumps operate to fill the trucks.  The majority of CT Gas stations have power now so their pumps operate to fill up cars with gas.  All the above is the normal method of logistics. The problem on LI NY NJ is the lack of power. If I were running the ops Generators at each terminal where pumps are not getting power.  Then go in order of the highest daily volume stations which usually are in a cluster of three or four or more IDEnTify these and place generators there to power them up. Schedule regular deliveries to these so they do not run out and keep moving down the list as more generators or power becomes available
