I just spoke with my business partner who has a Dix Hills, 5 BR, 2.5BA home,
with LR/DR/Family Room/+extra office space available for rent.  It is
situated on 2.5 acres and completely fenced with wrought iron gates off the
road to the driveway.  The house is very private, high elevation and not
viewable from the road.

It is empty and was about to put it on the market for sale.  I asked him to
hold off until I got this email out on Fred¹s List.  I don¹t know if someone
in our Gotham family is interested in renting the home (it would require
bringing in furniture, dishes, lines, etc.) until their home is repaired.
Not of importance at this time of year, but the house also has a swimming
pool, bocce court and gazebo, as well as elevated decking for entertaining.
