Hello Gothamites,



I am stuck in an all to familiar position of those that are involved with a Short Sale. We seem to be stuck in a wall of apathy which seems to pervade all Short Sales today, despite the assurances from all levels of government that the process is "much better than before".



This particular stone walling institution is Citizens Bank. We have been getting minimal cooperation and communication from  the minions in the Loss Mitigation department of Citizens. We have been patiently waiting for resolution for over 2 months and our client is nearing the end of the patience line and the Loan Lock line.



I am looking to see if the magic of Gotham can help us out (Multiple members of the Shoreline Group are involved in this transaction). I am looking to find a contact in Upper Management of Citizens to light a fire for this case. Someone in the Short Sale/Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure arena would be most helpful or anyone in upper management.



Here's to the Gotham Avengers (I recommend the Movie) that saved NYC, and maybe our deal.....
