[Fredslist] Air Conditioner System needs to be replaced in Manhattan

Hi All,
My air conditioner unit in my office coop is dying. The building would
replace but my built in wall unit interferes with the size of the  air
conditioner replacement unit. Their customized system is a totally
ridiculous price. I have been waiting since february to get the quotes
and have only just received them. Now hot weather is here and my
office is quite hot.

Do you know anyone that is in the business that I can speak to?  Quick
response is greatly appreciated.
