[Fredslist] content management software question, maria guida

Hi Gothamites,

 

I am about to purchase the latest version of ACT; contact management
software.  

 

Before I do, I wonder:  do any of our Gothamites use a program that might be
even better and easier to use?  I am asking our community of general users,
because I would like to hear some feedback from users who are not in the
tech field:  regular folks who need "ease of use" and may even be
technically challenged, as I am.

 

My important criteria are that the software link easily with Constant
Contact and have a way to keep many "groups" in the database.
