[Fredslist] Employment lawyer needed near Orange Park, FL

A friend was fired at age 69 briefly after completing 2 hours of requested overtime, following 12 years of apparently fulltime, benefits included, issue-less employment at JCPenney.  She was told that she couldn't file for unemployment because she already qualified for Social Security.  Sounds like an age discrimination opportunity.  All help would be appreciated.
