“Tropfest” New York 2012 – Call for entries


What can you do in a New York minute? What can you do in 7? Tropfest,
the world's largest short film festival is celebrating its 20th
Birthday and coming to New York City in 2012. Filmmakers of all
backgrounds, regardless of their skill level, are invited to grab a
camera and start shooting and tell their story through film.

Entries must be produced specifically for Tropfest New York, be no
longer than seven minutes including titles and credits, include the
Tropfest Signature Item (TSI), which changes each year (For Tropfest
New York, 2012, the TSI is BAGEL), and be a world premiere (including
online).

First prize includes $20,000 CASH.  For further information, please
