[Fredslist] Need Bank to Lend for VA Investment Properties

I am looking for a bank that will give purchase and perhaps construction
loans for properties in the Newport News area of Virginia.  The lender
should be willing to give good rates as the loans will not only be
secured but also  guaranteed by individuals with high credit rating.
Not looking for hard money loans.
