[Fredslist] Question related to MEDICARE patient and spouse

Good Morning Gotham,


My friend's husband is on Medicaid  and in a nursing home.

My friend, the healthy spouse, has 100% ownership of a corporation.


Her question is:
CAN MEDICARE or ANYONE GO AFTER THE MONEY IN THE CORPORATION?
